Planned Development:  Developed amendments to the City of Salem's Planned Development Ordinance to allow environmentally sensitive infill and re-development projects.

Urban Re-vitalization:  Created the City of Salem's Cottage Development Ordinance to re-establish cottage homes as a legal conforming use in Residential Single zone.

Squeegee Holdings LLC:  Created a limited liability company through which we "clean-up" neighborhoods.  We acquire a distressed home in a neighborhood and ?save? the home if there is some integrity to the major structural systems, or demolish and replace it with a home which is deemed compatible with the existing neighborhood.  These projects relieve neighborhoods of distressed properties, inspire neighbors to improve their properties, and significantly increase market values for neighboring properties.

Pioneer Alley Planned Unit Development:  Pioneer Alley is a model urban redevelopment infill project.  Pastoral in nature, it is an eight unit planned re-development project, cottage home designs with commonly owned land.  The planned development process allowed us to minimize pavement and maximize open space while preserving significant trees and creating a community of interest around commonly owned grounds and gardens.

Life Cycle Real Estate:

Your home and real estate investments are life cycle investments.  Our needs for space in a home vary with changing stages in our lives, from student/young professional to family to retirement.   Similarly, real estate investments are attractive to the risk tolerant individual who desires to create wealth to sustain a desired standard of living throughout all stages of life.  Creating, sustaining and divesting a real estate portfolio can be a significant part of one?s legacy plan.  Would you like to work with someone who can help you with real estate for your life cycle?
